NGH offer a dedicated service to ensure homeworkers access their employment rights, and since 2005 we have offered a casework and representation service to homeworkers.
Homeworkers can access free advice and representation by ringing the NGH Information and Advice Line on 0800 174 095. The advice line is open between 10am and 12.30pm and 1pm and 3.30pm every week day. Whilst it may occasionally be closed due to staff absence or training, you should be able to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Homeworkers can get advice on any aspect of their working lives and, in some cases NGH may be able to take a case on their behalf to an Employment Tribunal.
This service is offered with the support of Morrish and Co Solicitors in Leeds, who give invaluable assistance and specialist legal advice to NGH.
