Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI)
ETI is an alliance of companies, trade union organisations and non-governmental organisations NGO's) committed to working together to achieve the aim. The ETI exists to identify and promote godd practice in the implmentation of codes of labour practice, including the monitoring and independent verification of code provisions. The ultimate goal of teh ETI is to ensure that the working conditions of employees in companies that supplu goods to consumers in the UK meet or exceed international labour standards.
